fresh pastries excellent lighting complimentary water
The breakfast included various choices. I saw fresh pastries and fruit available. The room had a mini-fridge, stocked with complimentary water. The lighting was excellent. The bathroom included a hairdryer.
The elevator was quite small. I had to wait a couple of times.

a beautiful dream..
direct line cute atmosphere gleaming cleanliness
I adore the proximity to the tram. A direct line from the airport, a sheer blessing! the friendly staff created such a cute atmosphere. i found the cleanliness perfect. Everything gleamed.
the shower was a little smaller than i expected.

the location had good value with the popular four seasons hotel nearby. santa maria novella train station was an easy ten minute walk away. i quickly reached meeting points for tours that i had booked.

The staff greeted me warmly and funny. the entire staff was helpful. This enhanced my experience a lot. i found the staff accommodating and friendly. They answered my questions with patience and care.

lovely breakfast super clean rooms unfriendly people reservations pressure
the rooms was very super clean when i arrived. plenty good towels was available to me. the breakfast they had tasted lovely, and the coffee has spot on, i loved it.
the front desk people weren't very friendly. i was like i was pressured to book reservations at some nearby place. it was really not nice.

cozy stay near the station
sack breakfast good location
The staff offered a sack breakfast as i had to leave early for the airport, that was very nice of them. the location is quite good. It's near the train station, it made my arrival and departure very easy.

mini fridge stocked water bathroom robe made to order breakfast unfriendly staff traffic noise
the room included a mini fridge, stocked with water! the bathroom featured robe and slippers. breakfast was excellent with options made to order. i noticed afternoon tea with pastries available.
the front desk staff did not seem friendly! traffic noise from the main road was persistent. i found it hard to get a good night's sleep!

kind staff afternoon tea clean room
The staff was kind and helpful. I found them very engaging! i also appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea, it was a lovely bonus with cakes and drinks. the room was clean and the water was topped up every day, so thoughtful!
